At HNI-Database.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality, verified HNI data to help your business succeed. Due to the digital and consumable nature of our products (data files), we follow a strict Refund & Returns Policy as outlined below.
📦 Digital Product – No Physical Returns
Our HNI databases are digital information products delivered via email/download in Excel or CSV format. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered and accessed.
💸 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the HNI data has been shared or accessed. This policy is in place to prevent misuse and duplication of our proprietary data.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you believe there is an issue with the quality, accuracy, or delivery of the data, please contact us within 3 days of purchase so we can investigate and assist.
🆓 Free Sample Policy
To help you assess the quality of our product before committing, we offer a free sample of 50–100 HNI contacts upon request. This allows you to test the data before placing a full order.
⚠️ Exceptions (Refunds Only in Special Cases)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
If the product was not delivered at all (and you’ve confirmed the correct email)
If a duplicate payment was made
If the data was clearly outdated or non-functional (proof required)
In such cases, please write to support@hni-database.com with your payment receipt and issue details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
🧾 Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed and delivered cannot be cancelled. If the database hasn’t been sent yet and you request cancellation within 2 hours of payment, we may consider it at our discretion.
